Package services in detail
For Basic package clients, we are available Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm; for Pro clients, until 9 pm. Enterprise clients can reach us at any time – 7 days a week, including public holidays.
Our response time (maximum time between initial report and start of deployment) is 90 minutes (Basic), 60 minutes (Pro), or 30 minutes (Enterprise), depending on the package.
DatenBrand provides you with a digital document safe for the secure storage of crisis-relevant data. In an emergency, critical documentation is unaffected by any disruption and immediately available.
The Pro and Enterprise packages include a monthly time allowance that can be used not only for emergency support, but also for regular consulting.
Ideal for digital sparring, discussing spontaneous ideas or challenges, or a quick review before commissioning your IT and infrastructure projects.
Services outside of actual crises and emergency support are provided during our regular business hours.
What happens next?
You can contact us easily via the booking function on our packages. Once we have clarified any open questions, you will receive our contract documents – kept concise, covering the essential points on collaboration and confidentiality. As soon as the contract is signed, you immediately benefit from our service – even before the onboarding, which we will arrange with you promptly.
To be able to support you in an informed manner in a crisis – and to take your specific circumstances into account during regular consulting – we conduct a thorough assessment as part of the onboarding process.

Guaranteed availability
In an emergency, every minute counts – and that's exactly when you need to be able to reach us. Our packages define binding availability and response times you can rely on:
- Basic: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm | Response time max. 90 minutes
- Pro: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 9 pm | Response time max. 60 minutes
- Enterprise: 7 days / 24 hours, incl. public holidays | Response time max. 30 minutes
These are not promises buried in the fine print – they are a fixed part of your contract. So you know in advance exactly what to expect, and what not to.

Your monthly consulting allowance (Pro & Enterprise)
Crises rarely happen overnight – they develop from unresolved questions, deferred decisions, and a lack of direction. This is exactly where the monthly consulting allowance in the Pro and Enterprise packages comes in.
- Pro: 1 hour per month
- Enterprise: 2 hours per month
This time is yours – for whatever comes up: spontaneous IT questions, digital sparring, a quick review before commissioning a service provider, or simply a short update on the current situation. Unused hours carry over to the following month – however, any accumulated balance expires at the end of the year. Use us regularly as a reliable sparring partner who knows your environment.
Attractive package price
An IT outage costs companies on average several thousand euros per hour – from lost revenue and recovery costs to reputational damage. Our packages start at just €149 per month (annual billing). This gives you guaranteed availability, defined response times and an external document safe – all at a price that bears no comparison to the cost of an unprepared emergency.
